  Who are we?
   
 
We are a group of art lovers, who want to present art in a new perspective, one which transforms the abstract unreal face of art into a more accessible real one; one which makes art not just a crave for the rich but also a common man's muse. Neokala is a division of APTEGRA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LTD. Which was incorporated in 2004. Its core business is e-commerce.

  Why Neokala?
   
 
'Neo' means the first or new and 'Kala' means Art; so Neokala is a house wherein you can spot both- the Ancient Art, the first, as well as the new one, the contemporary Art. Neokala is a synopsis of both Ancient as well as Contemporary art as the name suggests. We have the works of the finest artists from all over the country, whether they are from the rich realms of Rajasthan or the small towns of Tamilnadu. Our price starts from Rs. 1000 and there is no upper limit to the prices of the products. The website is very user-friendly and the simplicity of navigation has been taken care of . Payment modes are varied as per your convenience, you can use a credit card or even net-banking. With prompt delivery of your priced possession, Neokala has tried to give each art lover a reason to feel elated.

  What is Search and Advanced Search?
   
 
Search and Advanced search is basically a short-cut to enable you to see the specific products you want to see. Search-You can enter a text string (descriptive word/words) of the product you are looking for and the system will search for it in the list of available products from our database for you. Advanced Search- When you click on Advanced Search you will be shown a special page wherein you can search the string in any or all combinations of product name, price range and category.

  What are the steps involved in placing an order?
   
 
The order process is very simple. First you select the product you wish to purchase and put it in cart one by one, than start the checkout process by clicking "Proceed to Checkout" button. Login or sign up. Provide shipping and billing addresses. Review the order and click place order. Pay by using credit card or net banking(for India customers only). Rest we will handle.

  Which are the modes of payment available?
   
 
We have two modes of payment:

  1. Credit card- Visa, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club. Mastercard is disabled for technical reasons and we will update this site as soon as its available. We apologise for any inconveinence caused.
  2. Net Banking- This facility is available to Indian Customers only. You can pay using any bank that provides net banking facility.

  How Secure is my payment?
   
 
At Neokala, the payment processor that we are using is C C Avenue.com, which is India's No. 1 payment processor. It uses highly secured 128 bit encryption (which implies that data which goes from user's desktop, to the payment processor, is all encrypted). Our payment processor also uses credit card fraud protection, checks multi-level checks to ensure authentic transactions. All servers are behind firewalls to prevent hacking.

  How do you use my information?
   
 
We have strict norms to ensure that your data is not made available to any third party. Your information does not go to any party which is not relevant to your transaction. Neokala will use your e-mail id and contact information to contact you or send queries. It will be sent to our suppliers who will execute your orders and our shippers who will be shipping them.   Do you store my credit card information?
   
 
We are using C C Avenue as our payment processor, who will capture all information on their website directly. As such, Neokala does not store the credit card data in its database.

  Do you accept Cash on Delivery/Demand Drafts/ Cheques?
   
 
No! On Neokala.com payments are accepted only through credit cards and net banking.

  What is 'Made to Order' category? How long will it take for execution of this order?
   
 
'Made to Order' is a special section especially for 'You' our esteemed customers who would like to have their own customized products. The products displayed in this category are created when you place an order for them. The delivery time for the same would be as specified beside the product.

  What if I want the product on a specific date?
   
 
At the bottom of the shippping address page, is a 'special instruction' box, in which you can mention the date on which you would like it to be delivered or any other such instruction. We will try and deliver it as per your request if it is technically feasible.

  What if I want something which is not available?
   
 
You can send your query to support@neokala.com and we will get back to you, with the required information. We will be more than happy and obliged by the amount of faith you will be putting in us.

  What kind of customer service standards does Neokala follow?
   
 
We follow a strict norm of responding promptly and swiftly to all complaints/queries, within a timeframe of 24 hours of receiving the e-mail.

  Is there any cancellation policy available?
   
 
There is no cancellation policy and order once placed cannot be reverted.

  Is there any return/refund policy available?
   
 
There is no return/refund policy, and goods once delivered cannot be returned, and thus no refund can be availed. Only in case of breakage or loss during delivery, claim made within 3 days of delivery, will be refunded within 7 days after scrutiny of the case.

  Whom do I contact if I have queries/complaints/suggestions?
   
 
In case you have got any queries, complaints or suggestions you can send an e-mail to support@neokala.com. Any website related issues will be resolved by Neokala itself while product related issues will be forwarded to the respective vendor and will be solved by them as per the guidelines set by neokala.com.

  What if I have forgotten my password?
   
 
Go to the Login screen on the Home Page. Click on 'FORGOT PASSWORD' link and follow the instructions. Your password is your private data and we would suggest you not to share it with anyone, even if he claims to a Neokala affiliate. This is because your password is encrypted and stored in our database, and not even Neokala has access to your password.
